Spring Forum

This Saturday, May 21st, MA/C Student Teachers will have the opportunity to attend the Becoming a Reflective Practitioner Spring Forum hosted by CCWP and the MA/C Program. This workshop is designed to prepare Student Teachers to generate ideas for the Becoming an Educator paper, a requirement for the Master’s in Teaching degree. Louann Baker, Director of the Central California Writing Project and former Supervisor of English with the UCSC MA/C Program, will provide an opening talk. Following her fine example, talented teacher consultants will support Student Teachers in generating ideas for Prompt 4 of the BAE.

This workshop is an opportunity to get started on the BAE paper in a supported group environment. All participants will receive a $25 gift card!
